  • All our proofreaders and editors are extremely qualified and highly professional.
  • We are not a scam, and all our services are delivered with good quality.
  • We do not tolerate copying of content at all; the work provided by us must always be used for the intended purpose. If it is replicated from your end, we will not be held responsible.
  • We ensure the safety of your intimate information. Your editor will also be asked to sign a contract of secrecy.
  • Our prices are very reasonable as the services we provide are quality.
  • Whatever changes will be made in our policies, they will be updated on the website, so keep reading the terms and conditions every time you visit our website.
  • Payment Policy

  • If you want to confirm your order you must first make the payment to start the task. Your order will not be confirmed until you transfer the payment.
  • We offer multiple payment options/methods for you, all you have to do is choose the one that suits you the best.
  • Once the payment is confirmed, the customer will get an order confirmation email and a service fee of £50 will be deducted immediately that will not be refunded in any case.
  • Revision Policy

  • We provide free revisions to our clients but on the following conditions:
  • You can avail upto 3 free revisions within the first 7 days of your order delivery and after that minimal fee will be charged upon mutual agreement.
  • If our expert(s) fail to follow instructions, you can ask for a refund of upto 50% of the total amount less the service Fee £50. If all instructions are followed and you need additional changes, the revision will not be free of charge.
  • Refund Policy

  • We have designed and elaborated a refund policy for the help of our customers. You can avail of a refund if you meet the following demands:
  • If you fail your task then only you can request a 100% refund less the service Fee of £50 which is mentioned above.
  • If the order is delivered late, then you can ask for a partial refund or we will compensate you in your future order(s).
  • Think twice before you make the payment, when you transfer the payment means you have interest, consent, and have acknowledged to confirm the order under the agreement and agreed that we already have discussed everything over the portal/chat/ email/ phone and no refund whatsoever will be acceptable.
  • You are entitled to get a 100% refund less the service fee of £50 if you change your mind or cancel the order within 2 hours of payment.
  • Each refund request is granted by our quality assurance department subject to approval.
